Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Hearts and Roses London! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at www.heartsandroseslondon.com and the purchase of products from our online store.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website. 

 

Products and Orders

  • All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion. 
  • We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your device's display is accurate. 
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP. If you are paying in a currency other than GBP, your bank may charge additional fees for currency conversion. Please also note that exchange rates can vary between the time of purchase and when your bank processes the payment.

 

We accept payment securely onsite via the following credit/debit cards:

  • Visa (including Visa Electron and Visa Debit)
  • Maestro (Including Switch)
  • MasterCard
  • If you prefer not to use a credit/debit card, you can also pay offsite via PayPal, which many of our customers find convenient.

 

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
  • We ship to the UK, Europe and the Rest of the World.

 

UK: 
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Depending on your selected delivery option, orders typically arrive within 4 working days from dispatch. All shipments are tracked for a fast and reliable service. 

EUROPE:

We offer standard shipping to Europe starting from £12.99. All orders are shipped via FedEx and typically arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. FedEx will contact you directly regarding any applicable customs fees and/or duty/tax fees. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, they will provide instructions for rescheduling or collection. If you do not hear from FedEx within a reasonable time after dispatch, please feel free to contact us - we'll be happy to assist. 

REST OF THE WORLD:

For international destinations outside Europe, we offer a standard delivery rate of £21.99. Orders are shipped via FedEx and usually arrive within 5-7 working days of dispatch, depending on your location.  FedEx will reach out regarding customs fees and/or duty/tax fees that may apply. If you are unavailable during the delivery, FedEx will provide instructions for rescheduling or collection. If you experience any issues or don't receive communication from FedEx, please don't hesitate to reach out to us - we'll be happy to assist. 

Lost/Late mail:

We use Royal Mail and FedEx to send all items. Both courier services are one the most efficient and effective courier Service Companies in the UK. However, they are not perfect and sometimes there could be delays. Please know that we look after our customers as best as we can and when there are delays/lost mail, we will look to solve the problems with you. Please contact us after 7 days of expected delivery time to give it a chance to arrive if there are delays. We also recommend that you check with your local sorting office because if you weren’t in whilst delivery was attempted, your parcel may have been sent there for you to collect. If you do not manage to collect your purchase on time and it gets returned to us, you will be required to pay postage costs for us to re-send your purchase. If your item hasn’t arrived after 15 working days (28 days for international customers), it will be considered lost in the post and we will file a claim with the respectable courier service we used and send you a replacement once the claim has been concluded. 

Returns and Exchanges

There are 2 ways to deal with returns: Refunds and exchanges.

Refunds: 

It’s really easy to return your item. We offer a hassle-free and no-criticism return policy. Please just send us a return request via our contact form. You will be provided with a full return address and instructions. To help us process your refund quickly, please include your order ID and a brief message. For a full refund, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. 

Exchange:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please drop us a message through our contact form and we will send you our return address. We just ask our customers to cover all P&P costs.  Please remember to include your Order ID with your parcel along with your unworn items. All tags must be in their original place and not tampered with. We recommend that you use a tracked service so you can track its whereabouts at all times and make sure the item gets sent to us. For an exchange, we require all items to be returned to us within 28 days of receipt of the goods. Please note: We do not offer exchange services to customers outside of the UK. If you wish to change the size of the item you ordered, you would need to send your order back for a refund and place a new order for the intended size. 

Any returns/exchanges after the periods mentioned will not qualify for a refund/exchange. Thank you for understanding.

We reserve the right to withdraw an offer in the event of incorrect pricing or offer details and issue a refund accordingly. Additionally, if we are not able to process your order for whatever reason such as not having the correct size in stock, we will issue a full refund within 1-2 working days. We will notify you and keep you updated at all times.

 

User Accounts

Creating an account allows you to view your order history. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AMJJ Co. Limited or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AMJJ Co. Limited harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms.

We are comitted to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect and use your data, in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
