We accept payment securely onsite via the following credit / debit cards:

If you do not want to pay via your credit/debit card, you can also pay offsite via Paypal, which some users prefer.
Currency Converter and Bank Charges:
Please be aware that if you do decide to pay in different currency to Pound Sterling, there may be extra charges such as currency converter given the exchange rate at the time which may not be the exact conversion at the time of transaction. This does not include any bank charges.
We post all of our items via 1ST class delivery within 1-2 days of receiving cleared payment to give you the best satisfaction of not having to wait too long for your desirable purchase.
We now offer standard shipping to Europe from £10! Orders sent to Europe are shipped via Royal Mail and its associates and should reach you within 3-5 working days after dispatch. A signature is required upon receipt of your parcel being delivered. If you are out when delivery is made, a card will be left to instruct you what to do.
REST OF THE WORLD:
We charge a standard delivery rate of £15. Orders sent to the rest of the world are shipped via Royal Mail and its associates and should reach you within 5-7 days after dispatch. A signature is required upon receipt of your parcel being delivered. If you are out when delivery is made, a card will be left to instruct you what to do.
We use Royal Mail to send all items. Royal Mail is one of the most efficient and effective courier Service Company in the UK. However, even they are not perfect and sometimes there could be delays. Please know that we look after our customers as best as we can and when there are delays/lost mail, we will look to solve the problems with you. Please contact us after 7 days of expected delivery time to give it a chance to arrive if there are delays. We also recommend that you check with your local sorting office because if you weren’t in whilst delivery was attempted, your parcel would have been sent there for you to collect at your convenient time. If you do not manage to collect your purchase on time and it gets returned to us, you will be required to pay postage costs for us to re-send your purchase. If your item hasn’t arrived after 15 working days (28 days for international customers), it will be considered lost in the post and we will file a claim with Royal Mail and send you a replacement
There are 2 ways to deal with returns: Refunds and exchange.
Refunds: It’s really easy to return your item. We offer a hassle free and no criticism return policy on all items. Please just send us a return request via our contact form. You will be provided a full return address and instructions. To help us process your refund quickly, please could you include your order ID and a brief message. For a full refund, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please drop us a message through our contact form and we will send you our return address. We just ask our customers to cover all P&P costs. Please remember to include your Order ID in with your parcel along with your unworn items. All tags must be in original place and not tampered with. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery so you can track its whereabouts at all times and make sure the item gets sent to us. Please note that we require all items to be returned to us within 28 days of receipt of the goods.
Any returns/exchanges after the periods mentioned will not quality for a refund/exchange. Thank you for understanding.
We reserve the right to withdraw an offer in the event of incorrect pricing or offer detail and issue a refund accordingly. Additionally, if we are not able to process your order for whatever reason such as not having the correct size in stock, we will issue a full refund within 1-2 working days. We will notify you and keep you updated at all times.
