Terms & Conditions

Payment:
We accept payment securely onsite via the following credit/debit cards:

  • Visa (including Visa Electron and Visa Debit)
  • Maestro (Including Switch)
  • MasterCard
  • If you do not want to pay via your credit/debit card, you can also pay offsite via Paypal, which some users prefer.
     

Currency Converter and Bank Charges:

Please note: If you are paying in a different currency to Pound Sterling, you may incur extra charges from your bank for currency conversion. Also, the exchange rate may be different from the time you place the purchase to when the banks process the payments. 

Postage:

UK: 
We post all of our items via Royal Mail. Depending on your chosen delivery method, your order will arrive with you within 4 working days from dispat. We use tracked services to ensure a quick and reliable service. 

EUROPE:

We now offer standard shipping to Europe from £24.99. Orders sent to Europe are shipped via DHL and should reach you within 3-5 working days after dispatch depending on your location. A signature is required upon receipt of your parcel being delivered. DHL will be in contact with you regarding any applicable customs fees and/or duty/tax fees. If you are out when delivery is made, a card will be left to instruct you what to do.

REST OF THE WORLD:

We charge a standard delivery rate of £29.99. Orders sent to the rest of the world are shipped via DHL and should reach you within 5-7 days after dispatch depending on your location. A signature is required upon receipt of your parcel being delivered. DHL will be in contact with you regarding any applicable customs fees and/or duty/tax fees. If you are out when delivery is made, a card will be left to instruct you what to do.

Lost/Late mail:

We use Royal Mail and DHL to send all items. Both courier services are one the most efficient and effective courier Service Companies in the UK. However, they are not perfect and sometimes there could be delays. Please know that we look after our customers as best as we can and when there are delays/lost mail, we will look to solve the problems with you. Please contact us after 7 days of expected delivery time to give it a chance to arrive if there are delays. We also recommend that you check with your local sorting office because if you weren’t in whilst delivery was attempted, your parcel may have been sent there for you to collect. If you do not manage to collect your purchase on time and it gets returned to us, you will be required to pay postage costs for us to re-send your purchase. If your item hasn’t arrived after 15 working days (28 days for international customers), it will be considered lost in the post and we will file a claim with the respectable courier service we used and send you a replacement.

Returns:

There are 2 ways to deal with returns: Refunds and exchange.
Refunds:  It’s really easy to return your item. We offer a hassle-free and no-criticism return policy on all items. Please just send us a return request via our contact form. You will be provided with a full return address and instructions. To help us process your refund quickly, please include your order ID and a brief message. For a full refund, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. 

Exchange:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please drop us a message through our contact form and we will send you our return address. We just ask our customers to cover all P&P costs.  Please remember to include your Order ID with your parcel along with your unworn items. All tags must be in their original place and not tampered with. We recommend that you use a tracked service so you can track its whereabouts at all times and make sure the item gets sent to us. For an exchange, we require all items to be returned to us within 28 days of receipt of the goods. Please note: We do not offer exchange services to customers outside of the UK. If you wish to change the size of the item you ordered, you would need to send your order back for a refund and place a new order for the intended size. 

Any returns/exchanges after the periods mentioned will not qualify for a refund/exchange. Thank you for understanding.

We reserve the right to withdraw an offer in the event of incorrect pricing or offer details and issue a refund accordingly. Additionally, if we are not able to process your order for whatever reason such as not having the correct size in stock, we will issue a full refund within 1-2 working days. We will notify you and keep you updated at all times.
