The Purple Flocked Evening Swing Dress from H&R London is a retro-style dress.     A cap sleeved dress with black cotton fabric which match up with the flock birds, anchors and roses. This dress has a scoop neckline. The Dress has a raised felt flocking design of stars, bows, anchors and swallows all over this dress making it beautifully textured.     Sleeves are lined with black piping and the dress has a full swing skirt that flares out at the waist.
